Woodboard craftsman and shaper Tom Wegner carves natural lacquer on alaia from natural wood...

The two work while dealing with nature and dealing with each other's natural materials.

There are different countries, languages, and occupations, but I want to appreciate nature, protect nature, and pass nature on to future generations.

Those feelings were the same.

This project began when these two met.

We humans are unknowingly polluting the earth and deteriorating the natural environment.

I hope this lacquer Alaia will be an opportunity to rethink the preciousness and importance of nature by crossing oceans around the world and riding the waves...

The feelings of these two people are put into it.
